The Trufrost (Model STF 600 UC) refrigerated undercounters as they are also called, combine storage and preparation thereby enhancing the effectiveness of kitchen professionals. They are mounted on heavy duty lockable castors for ease of mobility and cleaning. Available in a choice of two refrigeration systems – Ventilated or Static with fan, these Chillers or Freezers are available in 1, 2 and 3 door options. Options of back splash and a set of 2 or 3 drawers in place of a hinged door are available at an extra cost for project orders.

The Trufrost (STF 600 UC) is a professional undercounter refrigerator engineered to optimize kitchen workflow by combining compact storage with effective cooling performance. It features a static refrigeration system with fan-assisted cooling, using R134a refrigerant to maintain a stable temperature range of 2 °C to 10 °C, making it ideal for chilling ingredients and prepared foods in busy commercial settings. With overall dimensions of 595 × 628 × 830 mm, this unit offers a usable volume of 161 litres of refrigerated space organized behind a single door and supported by three internal shelves, providing easy access and efficient organization. Built on heavy-duty lockable castors for mobility and ease of cleaning, the STF 600 UC weighs 66 kg.
