The Trufrost (Model GN 1100 TN) refrigerated work tables, mounted on heavy duty lockable castors, combine storage and preparation thereby enhancing the effectiveness of kitchen professionals. Available in a choice of two refrigeration systems – Ventilated or Static with fan, these Chillers or Freezers are available in 1, 2 and 3 door options.

The Trufrost (GN 1100 TN) has external dimensions of 925 × 700 × 860 mm (W × D × H) and internal storage space measuring about 364 × 530 × 564 mm, with a total capacity of approximately 124 litres. The unit uses a ventilated cooling system with R600a refrigerant, providing a temperature range of about +2 °C to +10 °C, and includes two internal shelves for flexible ingredient storage.
