The Trufrost (Model Solo) is a single‑flavour soft serve ice cream machine designed for light‑duty commercial use on countertops. It can produce up to 10 litres of soft serve per hour, making it suitable for small cafés, dessert counters, and similar outlets. It features a 4 litre mix hopper and a 1.5 litre freezing cylinder, allowing efficient freezing of ice cream or frozen yoghurt from premix.

The Trufrost (Model Solo) It produces a maximum of about 10 litres of soft serve per hour, with a 4 litre mix hopper and a 1.5 litre freezing cylinder that quickly chills and dispenses ice cream or frozen yoghurt. The machine typically reaches its first serving readiness in around 13 minutes and can serve approximately five cups consecutively before needing a short pause. With compact dimensions of 220 × 660 × 660 mm and a 700 W rated input power, the Solo combines efficient performance with a small footprint that fits easily on countertops.
