The Trufrost (Model CIH-5.0) is the higher-power variant of the countertop induction hob series, built for heavier loads and larger cookware in commercial settings. Like the CIH-3.5, it has a glass hob, stainless steel exterior, touch control panel, LED timer, and overheat protection, creating a safe, flame-free cooking surface. The CIH-5.0 is ideal for kitchens needing high-capacity induction cooking with consistent performance and durability.

The Trufrost (CIH-5.0) delivers a 5,000 W output on 380 V three-phase power with a 60 °C–240 °C temperature range and adjustable power/temperature settings. This model supports cookware up to 400 mm in diameter and is ideal for kitchens needing high-capacity induction performance. The CIH-5.0’s dimensions are approximately 398 × 515 × 168 mm (W × D × H), giving it a larger footprint suited to more demanding commercial cooking tasks.
