Specifications

The Trufrost (CIW-3.5) is a 220 V single-phase, 3.5 kW commercial countertop induction wok designed for medium to heavy duty cooking. It offers a temperature range of approximately 60 °C to 240 °C, 10 power levels adjustable from about 500 W up to 3500 W, and 10 temperature settings, giving precise control for different cooking needs. The unit features a tempered glass wok surface with a stainless-steel body, digital touch controls with LED timer display (up to 180 minutes), and electronic overheating protection for safety. Its compact footprint measures roughly 340 × 425 × 135 mm (W×D×H) and can accommodate wok utensils sized 120–360 mm in diameter.
