Equipped with a safety shield, they are designed to operate smoothly, safely and reliably. All parts that come in contact with food are made of stainless steel or are specially plated to meet the required hygiene standards for food. They are designed for pressing dough in bakeries, hotels and restaurants and canteens.

It has a power rating of 375 W and runs on a 220 V/1 P/50 Hz electrical supply, with a total weight of 79 kg. The machine’s overall dimensions are 1346 × 665 × 514 mm (W × D × H), and with its tables folded up the size becomes 592 × 665 × 596 mm, making it practical for compact spaces. It features a roller length of 514 mm and operates at approximately 133 rpm, with all food-contact parts made of stainless steel or suitably plated to maintain hygiene and durability in daily bakery operations.
