Trufrost Three Deck Oven - Electric (EDO-3D-9T Italia)

Trufrost (Model EDO-3D-9T Italia) is an upgraded range of electric based Deck Ovens with an elegant black top hat, aesthetically appealing black lacquered glass draped over the doors and stylish handles. They also come with simple electromechanical temperature controllers, digital timers but without the steaming function. The rest of the outer cabinet is finished in brushed stainless. They are specially designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries and more. Using infrared radiant heating tube, they bake the food rapidly and uniformly. The required temperature can be set up to 400°C and controlled automatically. Ideal for hotels, restaurants, bakehouses and bread shops, each deck comes with 3 EN trays.

The Trufrost (EDO‑3D‑9T Italia) It delivers 25.2 kW of power and operates on a 380 V/50 Hz electrical supply, with infrared radiant heating tubes that rapidly and uniformly bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. The oven can reach and automatically control temperatures up to 400 °C, and each of its three decks accommodates 3 EN trays for a total of 9 EN trays, offering substantial baking capacity. Finished with an attractive black lacquered glass façade and brushed stainless steel cabinet, it weighs about 280 kg and has external dimensions of approximately 1670 × 845 × 1640 mm (W×D×H), making it a robust and efficient choice for busy professional kitchens.
