The Trufrost (Model GDO-3D-6T Premia) is Gas based Deck Ovens come in two variants – EFO/GFO series with microcomputer controller &  steam generator and EDO/GDO series without steam. The outer cabinet of both variants is finished in brushed stainless. They are specially designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries and more. Using infrared radiant heating tube, they bake the food rapidly and uniformly. The required temperature can be set up to 300 degree C and controlled automatically. Ideal for hotels, restaurants, bakehouses and bread shops, the single deck oven can take 2 EN trays, the 2 Deck Ovens can take 4 EN trays and the 3 Deck Ovens can accommodate 6 EN trays.

The Trufrost (GDO-3D-6T Premia) It uses infrared radiant heating tubes to deliver rapid and uniform heat distribution with a temperature range from 0 °C up to 400 °C that can be automatically controlled. The oven operates on gas with a rated gas pressure of about 2800 Pa and gas consumption around 900 g/hr, with a low-power electrical requirement of 180 W at 220 V/50 Hz for controls and display. It accommodates 6 EN trays across its three decks, and the robust stainless steel construction provides durability for frequent use. The unit weighs approximately 370 kg and has external dimensions of about 1340 × 900 × 1775 mm (W×D×H), making it a high-capacity, reliable baking oven for busy commercial kitchens.
