Trufrost Table Top Tilt-head Mixers (B7)

The Trufrost (Model B5) is a slightly larger tabletop tilt-head mixer perfect for professional kitchens and bakeries with moderate mixing needs. It comes with a 7 litre stainless-steel bowl and a 325 W motor, providing more capacity and power than the B5. Its tilt-back head design makes attachment access simple, and the 10-speed solid-state control ensures precise mixing across a range of tasks from gentle blending to more vigorous beating. With mixing speeds between about 45 – 260 rpm and a maximum kneading capacity up to around 1.5 kg, it handles larger batches of dough and batter efficiently.

The Trufrost (B5) is similarly built with a 7-litre stainless steel bowl and a slightly more powerful 0.325 kW (325 W) motor, supporting a maximum kneading capacity of around 0.5 to 1.5 kg. Like the B5, it features 10-speed solid-state control with 45–260 rpm mixing speeds, and its physical size is about 400 × 250 × 410 mm (W × D × H), also running on a 220 V/50 Hz single-phase supply — making both models ideal for general mixing, whipping, and dough preparation tasks in professional kitchens.
