The Trufrost (EPO-2D Premia) is the electromechanical-control version of the two-deck pizza stone oven, powered at 3 kW on 220–240 V/50 Hz with a 0 °C–350 °C operating range. It retains the stainless steel body, stone-based baking surface, and peep-in window, with a cavity size of 410 × 410 × 120 mm and overall dimensions of about 560 × 570 × 440 mm (W × D × H).
