The Trufrost (Model EPO-2D Touch) is a double-deck electric pizza stone oven engineered for professional kitchens, cafés, and small pizzerias where consistent baking and ease of use are priorities. It features an all-stainless steel body, high-quality pizza stones, and computerised touch controls that allow precise temperature setting up to 350 °C for baking pizzas and flatbreads. making it a compact yet capable choice for medium-volume baking needs.

The Trufrost (EPO-2D Touch) upgrades to a 3 kW power rating while still operating on 220–240 V/50 Hz, with the same 0 °C–350 °C temperature range and touch control interface for easy adjustment. It also has an all-stainless-steel body, high-quality stone (slightly thicker stone at 400 × 400 × 15 mm) and a viewing window, and a baking cavity of 400 × 400 × 120 mm. The oven’s dimensions are around 560 × 570 × 440 mm (W × D × H) and it weighs about 29 kg, offering larger capacity and throughput compared with the single-deck model.
